How can you schedule a pickup from your home or office?

What happens to my junk?

All items collected from your home or office are taken to our sorting facility, where they are carefully sorted, repaired if possible, and processed responsibly. We then try to recycle, resell, or donate usable items to support local communities and reduce waste.

Will your crew bring boxes or bags?

Yes, our team brings all necessary tools, tape, bags, and protective materials. However, we do not provide boxes, so please pack fragile items in advance for faster and safer collection.

Do I need to call to book an appointment?

A phone call is welcome but not required. You can simply fill out the booking form on our website to schedule your free junk collection, and we will confirm your appointment shortly.

When can I schedule a pickup?

Our call center operates 24 hours available. For high-rise areas like Marina, DIFC, and Business Bay, we recommend booking between 10 AM and 6 PM for smooth access and service.

How can I prepare for a fast and smooth collection?

If possible, keep small items packed and near the entrance. For furniture that needs dismantling, please inform our team in advance. Sharing photos and informing your building security can also help speed up the process.

What if I accidentally give away something important?

If this happens, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to track and recover the item within 4–7 days.

How much notice do you need?

We accept same-day requests whenever possible, but early booking is always preferred. For urgent pickups, 60 minutes notice is usually enough. During Ramadan, 2–4 hours notice is recommended.

Do you dismantle furniture?

Yes, we provide dismantling services for beds, wardrobes, TV cabinets, and other large furniture items.

Can I drop items off instead of booking pickup?

Yes, you can either drop items at our Ajman facility or contact us for guidance. We also operate trucks across Dubai for easy collection options.

Do I need to be present during pickup?

It’s preferred, but not mandatory. If you are not available, please inform building security and clearly mark the items to be removed. Without instructions, we cannot take responsibility for mistakes.

Can you remove curtains and railings?

Yes, we can remove curtains and curtain railings upon request.

Important note before booking

For safety reasons, we do not remove bulky items via stairs in older buildings (e.g., Karama, Naif areas). Elevators must be available for large item removal. If a building pass is required, please arrange it in advance.
